Well then CALL US and we will do our best. Unlike many other 'fixers' on the internet, we are local, and often can respond either same day or next day at no extra cost.
If we can fix it at your premises, we will do so there and then and invoice you or your firm.
It may need taking away to our workshop; so be it - we will fix and return.
We charge reasonable rates - try calling others with freephone numbers first and see who pays for freephone when the bill is presented!
Some so called 'local' firms don't even have an engineer in the West Country!
We are an honest family firm but with alot of contacts in the trade and over 20 years of experience with moody printers!
We are HP trained engineers.
We always have a selection of superb HP printers ex-demo or refurbished if you need one.
We can also loan a printer if a repair awaits parts and there is an urgent need for print.
We sell only 'original' toners. If you buy toners from us (at the same price as you currently pay) we will clean up your printers FREE OF CHARGE when we deliver the toners, often same day. Why waste your money on 'Stationers'- they know nothing about printers and give you no added value.
We will give FREE friendly advice over the phone anytime on any technical problems.
